As the lake levels on Lake Cumberland rise, it's bringing back the pristine beauty we all remember. Repairs to the dam are complete and the water level at Lake Cumberland has been increased by 20 feet for this summer. The Corps plans to return the lake to its normal level in 2014. Please be aware though, that the water may now be hiding what the natural course started to create while water levels were low. It means that things washed up, or started to grow along the shore are now covered with water and difficult to see even though they might be close to the surface.
Although Lost Lodge Resort cannot be held accountable for any loss of property or personal injury while you are on the lake, we do care about your safety. Please make sure the water is ''deep enough'' for what you are doing.
