I am trying to schedule the final Celebration showcase event for the TYA class, where the elementary students share/perform their work from ACTION! Club with their families and friends.

Last semester, we did it in UA. This worked well, but really we just need any space that can fit 30 CVS students, 10 WCU students, and approximately 30-50 “audience members”.
